Best posts regarding the first lecture

For those who would like to see samples of what a good post is, you can check out these posts regarding the first lecture. These are the five best posts among all posts about the first lecture. All five got a 10/10. Although these are model posts, posts need not be patterned after them to get 10/10. I look forward to also seeing unique patterns and posts.

Take note that opinions you post need not even be correct, pleasing or agreeable (as can be seen in some of the five mentioned; try to identify what I'm talking about). You don't even need to conduct additional research for your posts (although verification of your data is nice). You can just write about insights, comments, opinions, or stories you already know of which are related to our topic (do not forget to relate what you write to any of our topics). Although Romer Velasco's post contains data from additional research, it was his discussion on Sun vs Smart and Globe (and his rundown of rates-comparison) that got him the 10/10, even though I personally hate Sun (from personal experience).
